- Crumbled and fully cooked ¼ pound breakfast sausages
- 4 lightly-beaten eggs
- ½ cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoons of diced red and yellow bell pepper

- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 wholly beaten eggs
- 1 medium-sized eggplant, sliced into a round shape
- Marinara sauce and Mozzarella Cheese, as per your taste (optional)
Procedure:
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a deep bowl.
- Take the other two shallow bowls and pour flour in one and the beaten eggs on the other.
- Now dip the eggplant, first in the flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in the seasoned bread crumbs.
- Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F and place the eggplants in the fryer basket.
- Work in batches and make sure that the eggplants do not touch each other. Cook each side of the eggplant for 8-10 mins on each side until fully done.
- It is now good to eat, but for enhancing the taste- you can top it with the marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese and cook it for another 2 minutes in the fryer till the cheese melts. It is a delicious cheesy vegetarian dish that anyone would love.
Air Fryer Recipes 6: Avocado Fries
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced into thin slices
- ¼ cups of all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs
- ½ freshly ground black pepper

Procedure:
- Firstly, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.

- 3 white corn tortillas
